What we do
Paintless Dent Repair
Precision Dent Repair has been in buinsess & servicing most major vehicle brands in the Lower Mainland since 2006. Our standards of quality, convenient scheduling, and friendly customer service are unsurpassed and set us apart from the typical body shop repair experience.
Commonly referred to as PDR, Paintless Dent Repair is the process of removing dents from damaged panels by massaging the dented area back to the original form.
Our dent removal process:
- We assess the damage, and access the affected panel from behind
- Using specially-designed tools, we cast a reflection across the damaged area and carefully pinpoint the exact location of the dent or ding
- With steady, controlled pressure, we remove the dent from the damaged panel
As all access to the damaged area is from behind the panel, the original exterior paint finish of the vehicle is never compromised.
Glue Pulling
Glue Pulling is an alternate method of paintless dent repair most commonly used for certain dents that are not accessible by standard PDR techniques.
Our glue pulling process:
- We assess the damage
- We prepare glue and a tab to place in the centre of the dented area
- A puller is used to "lift" the dent, returning the area to normal
Glue pulling is a highly effective process for fixing dents on vehicle roofs and pillars.

Advantages of
Paintless Dent Repair
One of the primary advantages in using a paintless dent repair is that it is much less invasive than other options, and never compromises your original paint finish. A vehicle with the original factory finish paint retains a higher value than one that has been repainted - even if only a door or fender is affected, it is always preferable to maintain the original paint on a vehicle for as long as possible. In addition to protecting your factory finish, with paintless dent repair options no repainting or body filler is needed, eliminating the risks of incorrect color matching or damaging overspray. Paintless dent repair is less expensive than traditional body repair, and in most cases we are able to provide efficient same-day service.
